« La Renaissance » opened the way to a large number of non-professional orchestra since its creation in 1861

La Renaissance is a wind band consisting of non-professional musicians and/or professionals (at all levels).
The music played is very eclectic: they come from movies or musical comedies, and classical, jazz, variety, tango as well as original pieces.
Conservatory students and all non-professional musicians playing a wind instrument or percussion are most welcome to join us.
Rehearsal is every Friday starting at 8:30 pm.
Throughout the year, we perform various concerts and regularly change our musical repertoire.
We also attach great importance to receiving/welcoming musicians from all backgrounds and all levels in order to progress together.
The warm atmosphere in our band provides a pleasant moment of relaxation to all, and this is the secret of our ensemble.
No selection or audition is required. Good mood and passion for music are our only motivation to play.
